Blomo Wabi Sabi

The simplicity of the Japanese Wabi-sabi designs makes them ideal for light-colored Nordic homes, which is why they have been so popular recently, especially in Europe. Even while Japanese design is straightforward, it has a strong sense of aesthetics. As a result, any Japanese designs you encounter are works of beauty. This Wabi-Sabi pendant lamp is no different.

This fairly postmodern artwork is created by the strange shape and unique materials. It appears to be a hat. The surface texture might be better highlighted by the gray or white hue, which doesn't have any obvious finishes. You might imagine it to be built of cement, but it is actually constructed of lightweight resin and polystyrene, so even a large size won't be very weighty.
